Waste Management Platform
Backend Developer @ Soutify

The problem
Waste inspection and removal between private companies and government regulators ran on paper. Requests were untracked, approval status was opaque, and compliance could not be evidenced.
Constraints
- Three distinct user classes — regulators, waste companies, logistics providers — with different authority over the same request
- A government workflow: the audit trail matters as much as the outcome
Key decisions
ABP Framework on SQL Server chosen over a bespoke role system
multi-role approval chains and a complete audit log are exactly what the framework's permission and auditing infrastructure already provides, and a public-sector reviewer can be pointed at a known implementation rather than my own.
A comprehensive digital platform that streamlines waste management operations between private companies and government regulatory bodies. Companies submit digital requests for waste inspection and removal services, replacing traditional paper-based processes.
As the backend developer, I architected and implemented the server-side infrastructure using ABP Framework and SQL Server. The system handles multiple user types — government officials, waste management companies, and logistics providers — with RESTful APIs supporting the complete request lifecycle from submission through approval and logistics coordination.
Impact: significantly reduced processing time for requests, improved transparency in government operations, and enhanced compliance tracking.
Outcome
- Replaced a paper-based submission and approval process with tracked digital workflows
