Karim Pay — Bilingual E-Wallet

Karim Pay is the customer-facing wallet on top of the SoftRemit platform. The first thing it asks is which language you want, Arabic or English — before a login, before a balance, before anything else.

That ordering is the point. Arabic support that arrives as a settings toggle three screens in has already told the user which audience the product was really built for. Putting the choice first costs nothing technically and changes who the app feels like it belongs to.
